WHY SHOULD I BOOK EARLY?
Guarantees you the best price of the year! Minimum 30% Deposit per person to reserve a package and the balance is due 30 days in advance of your trip date. We accept check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All package prices are PER PERSON based on at least 2 people in the room. Double >> 2 people in the same room. Triple >> 3 people in the same room. Quad >> 4 people in the same room.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Need something for that special someone, birthday, present or surprise? We can customize a gift certificate just for your occasion.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Any cancellations before June, will result in a $25 process fee per person. Any cancellations after June 1 will result in a $200 per person forfeiture. Cancellations within 30 days prior to the event will result in a 50% of the package price per person forfeiture. Ticket upgrades or the price of tickets after August 1 are non-refundable. All changes made after September 1, will result in a $50 process fee per person.
Ticket upgrades are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to Cowboys Experience.
WHAT IS THE CURRENT COVID-19 POLICY?
As we navigate through these unprecedented times, we assure you that we are committed to keeping our “Family” of fans safe and comfortable throughout the season. Our packages and events are subject to the laws and regulations imposed by federal and state government, the NFL and the Dallas Cowboys. Therefore, some aspects of your package may be modified or removed due to circumstances beyond our control. Final package price will be adjusted accordingly. We appreciate your understanding as we continually monitor this information as it becomes available. If the NFL or Dallas Cowboys cancel your event, refunds will be made available. If you choose to cancel, refer to our Cancellation Policy above.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
For fans staying two nights, we recommend you arrive in Dallas in the morning the day before a game and depart anytime after 2:00 PM on the day after the game. Activities included could be subject to change or cancelled based on game and/or particular event(s) beyond our control. Video cameras are NOT permitted on game day in the stadium, during the stadium tour or during the Star Headquarters tour. However, you may bring them to all the other events throughout your weekend. You are permitted to bring a camera to the game. You may NOT bring professional camera equipment. You can take binoculars to the game.
CAN I BOOK EXTRA HOTEL NIGHTS?
Extra Hotel nights can be purchased at a discounted rate if available. Please let us know preferably at time of booking. Activities included could be subject to change or cancelled based on game and/or particular event(s) beyond our control.
CAN I BRING A VIDEO CAMERA?
Video cameras are NOT permitted on game day in the stadium, during the stadium tour or during the Star Headquarters tour. However, you may bring them to all the other events throughout your weekend.
DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Cowboys Experience does not offer travel insurance. If desired, individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY LUGGAGE OR A PERSONAL ITEM?
Cowboys Experience is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours / trips arranged by Cowboys Experience. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
